 I grew up in Scarborough with 2 older sisters and an older brother. As a child my dream was to become a professional soccer player.
I would eat, sleep, and dream soccer; I loved the game.
I went through a lot of trials and tribulations in my life, but my determination, passion, and will for the game paid off. At 22 years of age I received a full scholarship to the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). I spent 2 years studying and playing soccer, then got drafted into the pro's. I'm now retired and married with two beautiful children.
Throughout my journey I realized many things: that work ethic, confidence, and the belief in yourself that you can do anything if you put your mind to it is what all that's important. Developing the right skills in our youth so they can find their vision is my goal.
Everything and anything is possible in life as long as you have the will.
My motto is "Where there's a WILL there's a way".
